Malcontents punks, rebels and revolutionaries of all stripes make up the ranks of the Brujah. Though the Brujah are certainly a motley rabble with no unifying agenda their rebellious actions, they back their ideals with fiery passion matched by few other vampires. Their elders are philosophers and teachers, well-versed in debate and oratory. Their youth are often passionately idealistic, from gangbangers who despise "the Man" to hackers and social workers. Whatever the cause, a Brujah will defend it to the doorstep of Hell.

Bojan PetrovBOJAN PETROV

A.K.A.: "Nod"

Player: Nick

Appearance: A tall and unusually wiry Kindred, Petrov dresses in army boots and a ragged t-shirt. His public demeanor is cold and quiet, if not outright unfriendly, although he exudes a certain gruff charisma. He had often been observed in Elysium restlessly pacing or drumming his fingers on a table. When he speaks, it is laconically and with a thick accent.

Appearance (Mechanics): [1] Appearance-related Traits (Magnetic)

Description: Bojan Petrov arrived in New York City in December of 1994 from his native country of Serbia. His prior history is unknown, except perhaps to the now dead Lillian Greer, and to Darren West. Details even of his early days in New York are sketchy. It seems that he worked as a cab driver for some time, and that he originally found a home with the city's Anarchs.

The battle of New York, in which the Camarilla took control of the city, changed all that. For reasons unknown, Petrov chose this most dangerous of times to align himself with the Camarilla, and apparently impressed some powerful Camarilla members with his loyalty, bravery, and prowess in battle. When the battle was over, he did little to attract the public eye, and remained uninvolved in Camarilla politics, before quietly leaving New York in 2002, with Johnny the Black, an Archon of Clan Brujah who needed an enforcer and remembered him from the battle.

Petrov returned to New York in January of 2005, and quickly rose to an unofficial position as a valuable bodyguard and enforcer, and from there to Deputy Sheriff of New York.

Bojan has always shown great loyalty to the Camarilla, and particularly to his Clan. However, he has few close relations, although he was known to consider Sarah Capone and Darren West both as friends and allies before their respective deaths. He also had a mysterious, but apparently close relationship with Lillian Greer since very shortly after his return to the city and until the time at which she too was slain.

In the early September of 2006, Petrov's haven was found burned to the ground. The only clue to his disappearance being a small silver crucifix found charred and melted in the debris. He was presumed dead until, nearly six months later in February, he was found torpid in Leopoldian holdings by then Sheriff Sam McCoy and revived, just in time to learn of West's demise.

Less than a month later, he made ripples throughout the North American Camarilla when he attacked former New York Prince Hadrian Evans on the floor of a Conclave in Chicago in front of fully half of the Justicariate. While rumors fly as to his motivations, the event has become legendary, and Petrov has become something of a momentary celebrity within the Clan on account of this. It is said that he managed to stare down Justicar Paschek in his maddened state, and many neonates now hold him in high regard.

Petrov remains silent, however, regarding his exploits. He tends to remain silent in general.

Brody WrightEUGENE "BRODY" WRIGHT

A.K.A.: "Punch"

Player: Jonathan

Appearance: Mid to Late 20s, about 6'4" or so, and fairly solid build. Brownish hair that seems to be in a constant life/death struggle to defy order (the hair appears to be winning) Usually wears glasses, favors sport coats that seem to lean more towards Goodwill than Versace, and despite being a fairly charismatic sort, his demeanor is gruff at best. Prone to giving high-fives, and requesting that Camarilla officers "Hit The Rock" at inopportune moments.

Appearance (Mechanics): [3] Appearance-related Traits (Magnetic x2, Alluring)

Description: Brody? I've known him as long as there's been a Brody. Real name's Gene - but we ain't supposed to use it here. You can call him whatever you like, sure, just tread lightly, kay? Kid was our Scourge here in Cleveland, and I guess you could say it suited him well enough. Yeah, this is where he got the "Relentless" status, and no, I wouldn't advise ya bring it up. He's good Camarilla though - he don't exactly take to Anarchs, least, he hasn't that I've seen. And if you're asking about Brody and the Sabbat, you must not know him too well - as I understand it, that's the whole reason he's in New York - he's after Sabbat. One in particular, yeah.

You could say it's a sore spot.

The thing with Brody, is, he's got that Brujah temper, sure - but he never did have a terribly long fuse. He did *what*? Fucked up the Setite's Nightclub, huh? Yeah, that sounds about right. Damn. Other than that, he seems to be getting along all right in the Big Apple, I heard he's got something of a Crew down there - no, not a coterie, nothing like that - just a beatdown crew. What? You don't have beatdown crews in NYC?

Shit, son - I guess you do now.

Talking to him, it sounds like he just wants to do his thing with the Newspaper, drink a beer, eat some chicken wings. Nah, I don't think he knows what to make of New York's Kindred - but I don't know anybody who does. No, I don't know for a fact that he thinks you're an idiot -

But it'd be safe to assume, yeah.

- Benny, Nosferatu Sheriff of Cleveland

Brujah NPCs

C-DogC-DOG

Player: UnMasqued NPC (generally played by Charlie)

Appearance: n/a

Appearance (Mechanics):

Description: "C-Dog", along with his pal "B-Money" were the face of the New York Anarchs for a long time. Playful, good-natured and dumb as a post, C-Dog was almost always seen holding a basketball and asking the occasional question when somebody said a big word he didn't understand.

Things got notably darker for "C-Dog" as the Anarch faction began to break apart, and as "B-Money" was implicated in a string of serial killings and forced to retreat into seclusion. Eventually, following the loss of his friends and John Tisch and Sarah Capone at the hands of the Sabbat, "C-Dog" made motions to join the New York Camarilla, as his experiences with the newest wave of Anarchs had left him disillusioned. He was formally acknowledged by Prince Evans, but shortly afterwards found himself caught up in Lansing's attempted coup, and in the fallout returned to Staten Island, where he still is rumored to remain in isolation.

He hasn't been seen in Elysium, at least, for some time.

Inactive Brujah PCs

Athena AllieneATHENA ALLIENE

A.K.A.: Childe of Babbage

Player: Inactive (formerly played by Rebecca)

Appearance: n/a

Appearance (Mechanics): [0] Appearance-related Traits

Description: If you asked a scientist today of the possibility of bring a simulacrum into the realm of the unliving, you would receive a cold stare at best, and a visit from Iteration X's HIT Marks at worst. However, such was not always the case...

Edinborough, 1863

From within a bath of enriched vitae and carefully selected cultures, her body emerged, dripping with the primordial goo that had been turned to something far more sinister than the true, thick soup from which the first life on Earth emerged. Her pale skin shone luminously in the flickering light of the filament tubes that filled Doctor Aaron Sean Hennesy's laboratory. A peal of thunder shook his dingy workshop, crammed into a tenement apartment. A perfect synthesis of the cold, beautiful logic his mechanical ether-crystal computational engine had achieved when it first came to self-awareness and the eternal beauty of the dread vampyre, scourge of Ireland's refuse ridden streets. "Y-you are... so beautiful..." he whispered out, his palsied hands shaking as he reached toward her.

The Pneumatically Propelled Razor-Disc Catapult Mark XIV carried upon the should of Hauschenwerk von Krabwursen's Tin Soldier Automaton cut the doctor's hands from his wrists, giving him that one touch he ached for as his spasming fingers splattered wetly against the abomination's back. The Technocratic Union had waited quite some time for him to complete his work, tainted though it was with reality deviance. For this one... had much work to do.

All records of her time in New York have disappeared from available records, whether deleted from digital archives or classified and burned by government agents. The only hint of what finally befell this ill-fated hybrid of woman and machine is the hoarse rumor that an ancient pact between the Keepers of the Karmic Wheel and a German Death Cult propelled her to be attacked by a horde of spirits, culminating in an industrial fire that claimed the lives of fourteen, not including countless hobos who had not been informed that fire is now an acceptable weapon. Luckily, the highly reactive chemicals in the facility did not explode, despite all indications they would.

Wonderfully accurate bio submitted by John.

C-DogCAMERON ST. CROSS

A.K.A.: Scheming Douchebag

Player: Fred

Appearance: n/a

Appearance (Mechanics): [1] Appearance-related Traits (Magnetic), obvious Negative Physical Traits (Frail x3)

Description: Cameron St. Cross came to New York hoping to benefit from the war between the Camarilla and the Sabbat, as well as the complex and tangled involvement of the Independants. This basically ended up in him running around like an idiot, getting forced to go on a nice trip to New Jersey with the New Cam (just slightly more successful than New Coke), and finally being stuck with the Sabbat as their friendly Majesty-bomb. Currently staking out Bromme's haven and making Crispin wake up crying because he snores in his car across the street too loud.

Rumored to be destined to face off with Bromme Friedrich III in a game of streetball for the fate of New York, overseen by C-Dog in the last hours before the end of all things, Gehenna. This has been confirmed by three pigeons, a Malkavian, and a jackal that gave birth to a human child.

Incredibly tasteful bio submitted by John.

Darren WestDARREN WEST

Player: Inactive (formerly played by Ryan)

Appearance: West was seemingly Embraced in his late twenties to early thirties. He was not an unattractive man, in spite of his intense demeanor, and favored black expensive suits. (Although he notably often went without socks)

Appearance (Mechanics): [2] Appearance-related Traits (Elegant, Magnetic), obvious Negative Physical Trait (Delicate)

Description: As Seneschal, Primogen and eventually as Prince, Darren West maintained a strong social presence as a leader and authority that was sometimes intimidating. He never beat around the bush with a man, and rarely engaged fellow kindred in colloquial small chat.

West made an honorable name for himself in the Camarilla after he arrived in New York City during the late summer 2004 and was rapidly promoted in regards to rank and status within the Camarilla under Prince Evans, who seemed, at the time, to honestly respect his general aptitude, if not just to utilize it. Besides showing qualities of leadership and physical competence, it was fairly common knowledge within the city that West was highly involved in news-journalism and media and demonstrated it in the power that he wielded.

Unexpectedly, however, Darren West was "publicly destroyed" in early February of 2006 after he declared praxis over the Domain of New York in response to Keeper William Lansing's earlier declaration of praxis on his behalf that evening. He accused Evans of corruptly fostering division and allowing gross injustices to be perpetrated against Camarilla members (notably in allowing much of Sheriff Greer's alleged misdeeds to go unpunished, and in playing Clans Ventrue and Tremere off of one another). After speaking his peace, he was gunned down by the assembled Primogen Council and presumably beheaded.

This, however, was obviously not the end of the story. West survived his "execution" and lived to return one night. How he did so was a mystery, although rumors flew at the time regarding some sort of Tremere involvement. Whatever precipitated his return, however, he did return. On May 12th of 2006, West was once again in the city of New York, with Toreador Primogen Emmanuel James Richardson, Clan Brujah and the majority of the Primogen Counsel supporting him. He re-declared his intent to have New York as his Domain, coincidentally the same night that Evans was called away by Justicar Jaroslav Paschek on official business. Evans fled Elysium and left the city, and West's claim stood unchallenged. For five months he reigned as Prince proper of the New York Domain, under which the city led a relatively prosperous and mostly unremarkable existence in Camarilla eyes, marred only slightly by a minor scandal relating to his Senschal.

Misfortune, however, struck his unlife yet again though, when the nascent ruler was found dead (permanently this time) in February of 2007, after having been called to visit some associates in Chicago. The New York Camarilla seemed at the time to make little in the way of mourning for him, and quickly appointed Ventrue Helen Rogerson to his post without incident.

The reasons for his death remain unknown, although an official Conclave deemed him to be another victim of the Sabbat.

Sarah CaponeSARAH CAPONE

Player: Inactive (formerly played by Chloe)

Appearance: Sarah Capone was an attractive young woman somewhere in her twenties. She constantly wore a torn "Green Eggs and Ham Shirt" and jeans.

Appearance (Mechanics): [2] Appearance-related Traits (Gorgeous, Magnetic), obvious Social Merit (Enchanting Voice)

Description: Sarah Capone was an animated fixture in the court of Hadrian Evans, often found at Elysium playing card games, making jokes, yelling at Seneschal Assara and generally finding other ways to interrupt the "gravitas" of the whole affair. While not a the greatest of hits with the tie-wearing higher ups, Capone was known to be quite loyal to those she considered friends, and had a definite zeal for living unlife.

While she was particularly attached to both of her clanmates at the time (resulting in more than one unkind word directed at Sheriff Greer), she was known mostly in conjunction with Caitiff John Tisch whom she was very evidently smitten with, and whom was evidently very smitten with her. It was through her connections to Tisch, that she eventually met up with the city Anarchs, to whom she and her lover would both eventually attempt to defect.

Tragically, before they could completely sever their ties with the Ivory Tower, Tisch and Capone were caught in the crossfire of a massive Sabbat attack upon Elysium, on the night of May 13th. The two of them were eventually captured and presumably killed by the hands of the Sword of Caine.

RoskeVICTOR ROSKE

A.K.A.: "Glare"

Player: Jim

Appearance: Roughly six foot two, 150 pounds, always wearing that coat and that necklace. Long brown hair, stoic brown eyes, unkempt beard, hair always pulled back. Unremarkable.

Appearance (Mechanics): [0] Appearance-related Traits

Description: When Roske arrived in New York he had a story, an accent, and a gun. Over the years, not much changed. He seemed fiercely loyal to the Camarilla, and eager to use his expertise as a fighter for the good of the organization.

Not being much of a talker, his past in his native Romania was largely unclear, although he openly discussed how he worked as a professional assassin before his Embrace. Apparently some unfortunate situation arose in Romania that led to Roske's departure for New York. The exact events in question are known to very few. Whatever they were, however, they eventually seemed to come to a head in the Winter of 2007, when Roske, after having mysteriously lost both his left arm and right eye on a seemingly permanent basis, made a hasty decision to leave the city. Rumor have been thrown about since regarding a fire fight somewhere out in the Bronx, and a hasty request being made regarding the rite of Destruction...
